More than a Project Coordinator, Kieu Anh is an energetic collaborator at Sutunam. She is like a source of inspiration and joy for all of us.
Currently, Kieu Anh works as a connector between various departments in the company. This position allows her to have both: market knowledge; human resources in the tech industry.
Kieu Anh once shared her point of view: “We’re living in a flat world, if you want to become an outstanding person in the IT field, learn to become the professional one first. Gender is not the obstacle or deciding factor. In the fact that technology is not for the masculine, but just an industry where lots of men choose to work in. Thus, no matter which gender you are, good opportunities are opened to all of us.”
5 years working in Sutunam and being counted, Kieu Anh has had great journey from a tech-lover to be our talented project coordinator.

Hien is an image of a tech girl having strong passion and never-give-up spirit. Every step she has made is a remarkable milestone of her choice and her career path in Sutunam. At the office, Hien is a real IT girl with thousand of code lines, shares crazy and funny things with our collaborators. In daily life, she still enjoys her own interests like playing guitar, creating artistic works.
“It took me time to find the right direction. Before, most of friends advised me to do front-end work. However, the desire to be a back-end programmer always sticks in my mind because I love digging deep into understanding the technology base. It’s challenging so that I have to force myself to learn, find the way to resolve technical issues, and especially, improve my English skill to work with foreigners. For now, I got my own confidence and more mature thanks to great support from my colleagues. To girls in tech out there: If you have passion and a thirst for learning technology, just go for it! Do not let the complexity and the knowledge gaps discourage and overwhelm you.”
Who says pursuing tech career that is hard for the female? Hien proves that she is a dedicated and passionate woman in tech. đ

2021 Her Tech Story
Her Tech Story – a combination between SUTUNAM – Leading Digital Agency and Women Techmakers Hanoi to bring all stories of tech girls visible and become sources of inspiration to everyone.
Each story is a door that leads us to greater understanding, insightful conversations, and real change.
2021 IWD HanoĂŻ
Being Partner and Honored Guest at Google Developers’ event IWD Hanoi 2021: Courage to Create, we have to say it was a great experience and interesting talks with all passionate and talented women. We strongly believe these female attendees will be leaders, influencers in tech in the near future!
2020 Shecodes Hackathon
Sutunam – Silver sponsor and judge in the biggest coding competition for girls in tech in 2020. Shecodes Hackathon which is annually organized only for girls aims to encourage women to pursue IT careers. The hackathon attracted up to 400 female attendees in Hanoi and HCM city with lots of interesting projects proposed for the society.
2020 Hack CĂŽ Vy Hackathon
We are delighted to be official partner of Hack CoVy – first Online Hackathon to combat COVID-19 in Vietnam. With the theme of COVID-19, Hack CoVy is the place where the technology and entrepreneurship communities join hands, focusing on creating, developing infinite potential solutions to cope with such urgent situations.
